2025 Holiday Recital

It’s Holiday Dance Recital time again!

Location: Fredericton High School - Tom Morrison Theatre
Below is the schedule of what classes are in what show, plus the attire and ticket sales info for the 2025 Holiday Recital. You can also find all recital information on our website www.oromoctodance.com. Please note: within 48 hours of the recital the ordering for each show will be emailed and posted. THE SHOW your dancer is in will not change BUT the order they perform will (as we have dancers in multiple numbers who need time to change costumes and catch their breath between numbers).
This schedule just lets you know what show time your dancers' class is in. If you have a dancer in more than one class, or multiple dancers in different classes, their dances may be spread across several shows. You do not have to pay for multiple shows, you just buy one ticket and your tickets are good for all the shows
What time should my dancer arrive at the Fredericton High School?
Show 1: The Mistletoe Show - 2:00-3:00 pm. Dancers to arrive between 1:30 and 1:45 pm
Show 2: The Holly Show - 3:30-4:30 pm. Dancers to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 pm
Show 3: The Poinsettia Show - 5:00-6:00 pm. Dancers to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm
Please note: The Fredericton High School will be locked until 1:30. Please do not arrive earlier and expect to get into the school. Please use the Priestman Street (not the Prospect Street) driveway. Please use the Theatre/Gymnasium entrance, which is the first door to the school, when coming in off Priestman Street.
ATTIRE:
Pre School Dance Classes
Parent & Me, Teeny Tiny Dancers, Tiny Dancers, and Tiny Ballet classes: Please wear your black leotards with any colour tights and ballet slippers if your dancer has them. Please do not wear tutus for this show, as we will be doing tutus for the year end show in June.
Please note: If your child does not have a black leotard they can wear black leggings and a black tank top. This is also an option for our male dancers.
Tiny Tumbling, and Tiny Gymnastics - Please wear black leggings and a Red tank top (preferred) or T shirt (if you can’t find a Red Tank Top). Tumbling classes to go with bare feet. If your tumbler cannot find a Red tank top or T shirt, please check Frenchie's, Walmart, or Superstore or order online. You can get Red T shirts at Michael's and they are very inexpensive. If you go with the T-shirt option, please make sure it is a fitted T-shirt with no writing or graphics on it. If it’s too baggy, it can be dangerous for tumbling.
School Age Classes:
Everything Disney - Please wear a red T shirt and Black leggings.
All Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling classes (EXCLUDING Acro) -
Please wear black leggings and a Red tank top (preferred) or T shirt (if you can’t find a Red Tank Top). Tumbling classes to go with bare feet. If your tumbler cannot find a Red tank top or T shirt, please check Frenchie's, Walmart, or Superstore or order online. You can get Red T shirts at Michael's and they are very inexpensive. If you go with the T-shirt option, please make sure it is a fitted T-shirt with no writing or graphics on it. If it’s too baggy, it can be dangerous for tumbling.
Acro Class Tues 6:15-7:15 - Please wear black leggings and a Green tank top (preferred) or T shirt (if you can’t find a Green Tank Top). Tumbling classes to go with bare feet. If your tumbler cannot find a Green tank top or T shirt, please check Frenchie's, Walmart, or Superstore or order online. You can get Green T shirts at Michael's and they are very inexpensive. If you go with the T-shirt option, please make sure it is a fitted T-shirt with no writing or graphics on it. If it’s too baggy, it can be dangerous for tumbling.
Hip Hop 11 and over, Monday 8:15-9:15 - Please wear black sweatpants and Red T shirts. As long as it is plain Red with no writing or graphics on it. If there is a small logo (ie: Nike) that is ok or you can turn it inside out and cut off the tags so bigger logos won’t show. . Footwear is to be sneakers. Please note: you can get Red T shirts at Michael's and they are very inexpensive.
Hip Hop 10 and Under Tues 5:15-6:15 - Please wear black sweatpants and Pink T shirts. As long as it is plain Pink with no writing or graphics on it. If there is a small logo (ie: Nike) that is ok or you can turn it inside out and cut off the tags so bigger logos won’t show. . Footwear is to be sneakers. Please note: you can get Pink T shirts at Michael's and they are very inexpensive.
Friday Lyrical Class with Jules: Sky Blue T-shirts and Black Leggings/pants.
Wed Night 11 and over Lyrical/Contemporary/Ballet 8:00 - 9:00 -
White T shirt or tank top and Black leggings or sweatpants.
Musical Theatre Mon 4:30-5:15 -
Please wear the snow man costumes that Deborah has chosen for you.
Competitive Classes:
Competitive Dancers Group Dances -
For group routines please wear Black attire, black full length leggings and a black top ie… crop top, tank top, fitted t - shirt.
Competitive Dancers Solo and Duets -
For solos/duets please wear your competition solo/duet costumes.
TICKETS
The tickets are $20 each per adult. Adults are over 16. Please note - 16 and under are free. There is no charge for dancers and tumblers. Spectators and Parents (including “parents & me class” parents), need to buy tickets.
Tickets to be pre-purchased at the studio to avoid lineups on the day of the show. You can buy tickets at the door, but they will be $25 per ticket for all tickets. Please note: All Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Ticket Sales
You will be able to buy tickets at the studio on the below days and times. Please note: Tickets are cash only, as I cannot check for e-transfers with no Wi-Fi at the studio and I don’t have a machine at the studio to process credit cards. It also helps us keep the cost of the tickets down when there is no Credit Card, or other processing fees. You will get your bracelet(s) when you pay for your tickets. There are no limits on how many bracelets you can buy. Please bring exact change if at all possible :)
Please note: Studio A is the small studio on the corner. Studio B is the bigger studio across from the Dojo.
If you are in Studio B when I am in Studio A selling tickets, please just walk down to studio A.

Please Note: Anyone can come in during any of these listed times to buy recital tickets, even if it's not your child’s class day and time.
Please Note: Friday, Dec 5th is the only Friday night scheduled for tick sales, but you can come to any of the other scheduled times :)
Tickets will be available at the door for $25.
If you have any questions, please call me at 506-262-7653, also the instructors can help with most questions as well, although they cannot sell tickets.
