Year End Recital - Schedule, Attire and Ticket Sale Information
Good Evening Dance Families!
Below is the attire for the recital on Sunday June 9th at the Fredericton High School and the ticket sale times for purchasing your tickets for the show. Ticket sales are cash only, if you purchase your tickets in advance then your first two tickets are $20 each and $15 for any additional ticket after your first two. If you purchase them at the door of the show, tickets are $25 each. Children (16 and under) are free. Over 16 are considered adults. You will get your bracelet(s) when you pay for your tickets. There are no limits on how many bracelets you can buy. Please bring exact change if at all possible and if you have any questions please let us know.
TICKET SALES:
You will be able to buy tickets at the studio (Studio A) on the below days and times. Please note, you can buy tickets during any of the below times even if it is not your child's class time.
Week 1 Ticket Sale Times:
Monday May 27th: 5:00-7:15 PM
Tuesday May 28th: 5:45-6:15 and 7:45-8:15 PM
Wednesday May 29th: 7:15-8:00 PM
Thursday, May 30th: 4:00-4:45 PM and 7:00-8:00 PM
Friday, May 31st: 6:00-7:30 PM Saturday, June 1st: 9:30 - 11:45 AM
Week 2 Ticket Sale Times:
Monday June 3rd: 5:00-7:15 PM
Tuesday June 4th: 5:45-6:15 and 7:45-8:15 PM
Wednesday June 5th: 7:15-8:00 PM
Thursday, June 6th: 4:00-4:45 PM and 7:00-8:00 PM
Friday, June 7th: 6:00-7:30 PM Saturday, June 8th: 9:30 - 11:45 AM
ALSO: In any class that Roxane teaches (because she has assistants) she will be able to sell tickets for a few minutes at the beginning and end of class if needed.
ATTIRE:
Tank tops can be found at Frenchie's, Walmart, Superstore or order online. If you cannot find a tank top, you can wear a plain t-shirt (you can get them at Michaels's and they are very inexpensive). If you go with the t-shirt option, please make sure it is a fitted t-shirt with no writing or graphics on it.
Teeny Tiny Dancers, Tiny Dancers and Ballet classes: Please wear your black leotards with any colour tights and ballet slippers if your dancer has them. I have purchased matching tutus for every dancer in the above classes. Tutus will be $15 (this includes tax). For Friday's 6:30 - 7:30 ballet class, please purchase a white scrunchy to go with their white tutus. Please do not e-transfer the money for the tutus, please bring cash when you pick them up. Tutus can be picked up during ticket sale times.
If your child does not have a black leotard they can wear black leggings and a black tank top. This is also an option for our male dancers.

Musical Theatre Mon 4:30-5:15: Regular clothes (Melissa will talk to the kids next week) we will provide the aprons to them.
Highland Dancers: Please wear black leotards with white tights and highland skirts. (Ashley can provide if you don't have one)
Competitive Group, Solo and Duet Dancers: Please wear your competitive costumes

Below is an updated schedule to show you the order your dancers will perform in - please note the following:
The dancers will still perform in the same show as the last schedule I sent around—the only difference here is the order in which they will perform during the show.
If your child is in more than one routine, please send them dressed in their attire for their first routine.
Classes that have been highlighted will sit with their parents during the performance and be called down to the stage when it is time for their routine.
