End of Year Recital Information

JUNE 9th RECITAL - attached is the schedule for the recital. I find your child's day and class easily please just look for their class day and time and than note the show that they are under.

Where is the show:
Oromocto High School Theatre (doors at back end of school)

There are 4 shows:
Show # 1 is the Daisy Show - Sun, Jun 9th 11:30-12:30
Show # 2 is the Tulip Show - Sun, June 9th 1:00-2:00
Show # 3 is the Daffodil Show - Sun, June 9th 2:30-3:30
Show # 4 is the Lilac Show - Sun, June 9th 4:00-5:00

Costs are:
$10.00 per adult (16 & over)
$5.00 per child (2 or over)
Under 2 is Free

There are no limit on how many tickets you can purchase, so bring along all the family and friends who want to come to watch :)

Forms of Payment - 
Cash at the studio. Please NO e transfers. I have hundreds of e transfers a month to process and it is very time consuming. As well, they generate reminders every 7 days so it fills up my email. Finally, I give the bracelets out when you pay, so doing e transfer just makes it more confusing trying to track down people who paid and need bracelets. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.

Additional note:
-Tickets are non refundable
-If you have dancers in more than one show, you only need to buy tickets for the 1st show, there is no charge for your additional shows

IMPORTANT - 
If you do not pre purchase your tickets (you wait to buy them at the door on the day of the recital), they will be $12.00 for both adult and children. This is to highly encourage families to pre purchase tickets. There is lots going on at the Theatre day of recital and although they will be available for last min spectators, it will be $12. So please know that now.

Ticket Sales:
I will be doing various days and times for ticket sales over the next few weeks. You can come at any time during these started times (even if it is not during your class time). I will do my best to get ticket sales times that hit all classes, but due to restraints for picking my daughter up at school, it may not be possible. So please come during any scheduled ticket sale time.

Also, If I am in the studio during non scheduled times, please know I can sell you tickets. I will have the bracelets on me at all times. For instance, classes I teach can get them at the beginning or end of class, and if I drop into other classes

Tues May 21st - 5:00-6:45
Wed, May 22nd - 5:45-7:45
Thurs, May 23rd - 5:30-8:00 
Friday, May 24th - 4:45-9:00
Sat, May 25th - 11:15-2:30 & 3:30-4:30
Monday May 27th - 5:30-8:00
