2022 Holiday Dance Recital
Above is the schedule for the holiday recital 2022 which takes place on Sunday December 11, 2022 at the Oromocto High School Theatre. It is designed to be easy to find the show(s) your child is in.
If you have any problem trying to find the show your child is in please ask their teacher.
What time should my dancer arrive at the Oromocto High School?
Show 1: The Santa Clause Show (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM) -
Dancers to arrive between 11:00 AND 11:10 AM
Show 2: The Saint Nick Show (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) -
Dancers to arrive between 12:30 AND 12:30 PM
Show 3: The Kris Kringle Show (2:30 PM - 3:30 PM) -
Dancers to arrive between 2:00 AND 2:10 PM
Please note: The Oromocto High School will be locked until 11:00 AM, please do not arrive earlier and expect to get in to the school.
Please use the cafeteria entrance which is behind the school off of MacKenzie Ave.
ATTIRE:
Parent & Me, Teeny Tiny Dancers, Tiny Dancers, Tap & Jazz and Ballet classes: Please wear your black leotards with any colour tights and ballet slippers if your dancer has them. Black leotards with attached black tutus are permitted, please do not wear a tutu if it is any other colour besides black.
If your child does not have a black leotard they can wear black leggings and a black tank top. This is also an option for our male dancers.
Everything Disney, All Tumbling and Acro Classes (Including Tiny Gymnastics): Please wear black leggings and a red tank top. Tumbling classes to go with bare feet and Everything Disney has the option to wear ballet or jazz shoes instead of bare feet. If your dancer cannot find a red tank top, please check Frenchies, Walmart, Superstore. If you cannot find a red tank top, you can use a plain red t-shirt (you can get them at Michaels). If you go with the T-Shirt option, please make sure it is a fitted red t-shirt with no writing or graphics on it.
Hip Hop Classes: Please wear black bottoms (sweat pants, leggings, track pants) and a white top (could be a hoodie, sweatshirt or t-shirt as long as it is plain white with no writing or graphics on it). If there is a small logo (ie: nike) that is ok. Footwear is to be sneakers
Highland Dancers: Please wear black leotards with white tights. Ashley (their teacher) to loan the dancers highland skirts.
Competitive Dancers: For group routines please wear black leggings and a black tank top. For solos please wear your competition solo costumes.
TICKETS
Tickets are $15 per adult (Over 16), 16 and under is free. There is no charge for dancers / tumblers.
Tickets are to be pre purchased at the studio to avoid line ups at the day of the show. You will be able to buy tickets at the door but they will be $20 per ticket. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Thursday November 24th: 6:30 - 7:15 PM
Friday November 25th: 7:30 - 8:00 PM
Saturday November 26th: 9:30 - 11:00 AM
Monday November 28th: 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Tuesday November 29th: 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Wednesday November 30th: 7:15 - 8:00 PM
Saturday December 3rd: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Tuesday December 6th: 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Thursday December 8th: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
If more times need to be added, Roxane will post more at a later date.
Any class that Roxane teaches (especially one with assistants) she will be able to sell tickets for a few minutes at the beginning and end of class if needed.
