Ballet at any age is an ideal activity to teach strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, focus and is the core of many dance forms.

Lyrical Dance

Lyrical

Lyrical dance, challenges dancers to use motion to interpret music. Choreography is often emotional, gripping, and exquisitely delicate, all at the same time.

Students will focus on fluid dance movements to express the lyrics of chosen songs.

Tap Dancers

Tap

Tap dance is distinguished by the sounds of the dancers shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. Tap focuses on musicality and it helps dancers develop rhythm & coordination.

Students will learn traditional tap dances and the skills to be able to improvise.

 

 
 
Hip Hop Dancer

Hip-Hop

Hip-hop is a modern street dance style primarily preformed to hip hop music and includes a wide ranges of dance styles. Dancers will have fun in this energizing class that will teach them hip hop style choreography and technique while also helping dancers develop their understanding of rhythm, body awareness, and self-expression

Jazz Dancing

Jazz

Jazz dancing is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Every jazz dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way.
This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. Jazz dance is fast and fun. It uses upbeat music and leaps and turns to interpret traditional and not-so-traditional movements.

Acro Dance

Acro

A style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.

 

 
 
Ribbon Dancing

Ribbon

Using sharp, rhythmic movements and long colorful ribbons, dancers perform to music.
The ribbons and choreography are precisely synchronized so that the ribbons form patterns and designs that are captivating to all who watch a performance.

Tumbling Classes

Tumbling

Students will focus on safe and progressive gymnastic tumbling skills. The beginner tumbling classes work on learning and perfecting rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and back walkover progressions.
The advanced tumbling class will work on learning and perfecting front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, aerials, tucks and more. This class is excellent as a stand alone tumbling class or as an add on for Acro Dance, for Gymnasts or for Cheerleading.

Vigor Flexibility and Strength

Vigor Flex

Vigor Flex combines strength and flexibility training with endurance and coordination to make a rounded athlete.
The program has lots of variety to keep athletes engaged. Vigor Flex is perfect for cross training any sport especially during off season, as well as, significantly assisting in helping increase your athletic abilities.
